I started Human Capitalist with a simple thesis that there are endless questions you can ask of a continuously updated database of 89M+ white-collar professionals and their employment status.
Beyond the questions featured in Human Capitalist editions, I’ve built out the insights function for Live Data’s real-time job change data. These insights have informed everything from the deployment of millions of dollars of capital to many of the biggest news stories about the workforce including headline articles in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, and The Financial Times.
But…
Even with all of the time I spend digging into job change and employment data insights, I will never exhaust the universe of questions that can be asked and answered.
This is why I’m excited to announce a partnership with Seek, the analytics engine using generative AI to transform how the world asks questions about its data. Training Seek’s analytics engine on Live Data’s workforce data will allow anyone to ask the workforce questions that matter most to them and their business and get answers back… Live.
But wait, there’s more…
As we finalize our internal testing, we need your help. We want to throw as many questions as possible at Seek and Live Data. So, we’re turning to all the Human Capitalists to take your questions… all of them!
For the next few weeks, we’ll take questions every Tuesday through Friday. Over the weekend, the Seek and Live Data team will select the most creative, challenging, and provocative questions and generate custom insights for the winners (co-branded with you and your company if you choose).
